Kenya Fashion Awards registered in 2013 is an award winning prestigious trade mark innovation that seeks to recognize, mentor and award the most talented in the fashion industry. It is a brainchild Idea of Atman Ngau Kyule (a fashion entrepreneur and a Mentor) & Galina Ngau (A Renowned Kenyan Fashion Designer) The innovation is internationally recognized; it is a multi-days branded entertainment platform providing activities and opportunities for students,upcoming and established professionals within the fashion industry to showcase the very best of their talent.

To be the leading innovation that provides a platform for students, upcoming and established professionals within the fashion industry to showcase their work, network and successfully form collaborations that will positively transform the industry.

The Company Structure
Structure
The organization has an Advisory Board consisting of founding members and professionals within the fashion industry, who advise, oversee and deal with all policy issues.
It has also Directors to decide on major administrative matters and oversee major developments and guide its operations.
There is a team consisting department heads to deal and execute day-to-day administrative and managerial matters.

Activities of the Organization
Annual Project Launch
Kenya Fashion Awards launches its annual projects through scheduled
networking cocktail events at specified
locations.
The event targets media, corporate managers and stakeholders within the fashion industry.
Nominees and official partners are unveiled. The team brief stakeholders on the year’s project calendar and activities involved.

Industry Workshops & Competitions
Besides recognizing and awarding, Kenya Fashion Awards has introduced a series of workshops for students and upcoming professionals within the industry. This initiative involves training, practical sessions, competitions among others in collaboration with internationally recognized brands and professionals with a vast knowledge and experience within the respective areas of interest. This noble endeavor has been made possible through continued support from local and international partners.

NextGen Fashion Weekend
This is a 2 day event that brings together upcoming designers and
students from different colleges and
universities across the country that participate in the competition
while showcasing their work or designs. It also
offers a platform for the workshop participants to undertake their
practical.

Fashion Showcase & Awards Gala
The Kenya Fashion Awards fashion showcase and Awards Gala, is a high
fashion red-carpet Event for Established designers to showcase their
designs and winners selected through a public competitive voting process
as well as competitions to be recognized and
awarded as per their respective categories. Event targets stakeholders
and sponsors & partners within the fashion industry as well celebrities and media
